Oh.. Have you tried using a different browser to download it? It's file size is way too much to send on Skype. It'll take hours. 282MB. Not everyone has amazing upload speed.
Google Chrome should work.. But Internet Explorer should work as well.

If it isn't the browser's problem.. Could you explain a bit more of the problem you're having?

You could copy the link and insert it into a download manager. I'd recommend Jdowloader. But if you have one, then use whatever you have!

Well i even use google chrome but it still says can not find that link or file smthing. I tried to use internet manager dl too but it said i do not permission to dl http 403 forbidden o.o
