I'm having a bad problem.

[Every single time I use the command @fmnpc, it DCs me for some reason. So I ask a GM ingame, and she says to download the clean npc.wz. So, I did. But I still dc every time I try. Any other help (that actually makes sense) ?]

Well, you played a server with a bunch of WZ edits. I suggest you download v83 again.
