MSI points Issue

im sorry to complain all the time but,
the MSI points u can get off of NPC it says 1VP(votepoint) = 2MSI Points
and as well as u guys all know, in order to make one MSI it cost 1MSI Points, but for some reason after i make one MSI the other MSI point i had is gone which is 2MSI points are goin away to make one MSI.
so i dun know if its glitch or not? but plz fix this.

It could also possibly be that the VP npc gives us one point instead of two.

no it says that i have 2 MSI points, but when i make MSI they take both 2 points when it says it only cost 1 MSI points. i have gotten 40k NX instead from Mattie but, if its not fixed and im sure more ppl are gonna start having problems later. atm im the only one whos making MSIs but ppl will start to make more and more so...if its possible either make it work again or change the settings to give only 1 MSI points for 1 VP.
