i beleive the making msi option dun make items like this =)

Yes. a player has that. cant u see in the SS. A person named WritenOnher, he Item Smega It. and i took a snap shot

A player has it but none of the players can make it except for the game masters

It can not be a GM because as you can see it isn't made by anyone, If i made it it would say Lolz's

it IS made by gm. because when you make an msi with gm powers it never shows then name of the gm who made it.
because you type like !proitem <item code> <amount of msi> then it comes to ur inventory without an name.

the MSI. is thrown out by 1guy named fmstores. a guy with only 53 rebirth? he goes round throwing this kind of MSI with max stats of everything. the Guy above WritenOnher looted all of it and item smega it.
if im nt wrong. the other equips he is wearing is also Equips with GM Powers. as the guy i mentioned above; fmstores, threw more than 1 of that kind of equip.
EDIT:
If Not ask around for which staff has given players this kind of msi? its like an advantage towards other players. just some of my thoughts.
I believed that GM would not give normal players equips with GM Powers with no valid reason.
if im nt wrong. the other equips he is wearing is also Equips with GM Powers. as the guy i mentioned above; fmstores, threw more than 1 of that kind of equip.

we dont know if it was an GM for sure that gave away the items, but only GM's can make MSI full stats on all including Weapon attack.

Wrong Justin .. If you can buy the item from any shop it doesn't shows your name on the item unless you create it by !item<Code> or stuff
So probably the game master went into the cashshop and added the status
As you can see he added everything to the item cause he cannot add it to the basic status
Let me guess probably the game master level is 3
Besides that this is not the only item I've seen with this status so
Have a look at your staff team.

I think there are ways to have it and not have it, it depends on how it's coded. I think most do have names on but it's been a long while since I've tried.
I think it's more likely to be made by a GM and looted, depending on how many there are.

Okay first of all, in order to have no GM status on an item, it would be .!proitem <item ID> <amount of stat>. And, what kind of noob GM wears that shirt... Not implying anything.
