D/C after choosing character? Empty D/C after choosing character?

Hi, I'm new to the server and I'm trying to play but every time I choose my character, I get disconnected. I get back to my desktop & the message "you were disconnected by the server." comes up.

I've tried reinstalling client, server, and wz files several times but it isn't helping. Can anyone help please?

Try disabling Microsoft Loopback Adapter
