Npc Glitch Empty Npc Glitch

"Louie" has been trying to look at the common items from the allinone NPC but he can't since he has this problem. The same applies for the JQ warper. When he clicks on, for example, Ghost Chimney, it doesn't warp him to the jq and closes the chat box.
